* Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 
* Gift Vouchers number is required at time of booking. 
* Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
* Gift Vouchers are non refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for any reason. 
* Gift Vouchers cannot be claimed under the Private Health Insurance Scheme. 
* Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotion or offer. 
* Gift Vouchers which have been booked and clients fail to show will be considered redeemed in full. 
* If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 
* Bookings in advance are essential to avoid disappointment. 
* No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen gift certificates.
